1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. Pay Monthly Webs is a trading name of PAYGwebsites. By signing up for our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services & Payments

We provide website design, hosting, and AI phone receptionist services on a subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe by our parent company, PAYGwebsites.

• Website Design Packages: All pay monthly website design packages are subject to a minimum 12-month contract term to cover custom design, setup, and deployment costs. After the initial 12 months, the agreement automatically continues on a flexible rolling monthly basis.
• AI Receptionist Service: The AI Receptionist service operates on a flexible, rolling monthly agreement with no 12-month contract lock-in. You can cancel the AI receptionist anytime with 30 days' notice.
• The subscription fee is due monthly in advance.
• Failure to pay will result in the immediate suspension of your service.

3. Ownership & License (Important)

3.1 The Website: This service is a rental agreement. Pay Monthly Webs retains full and exclusive ownership of the website design, code, plugins, structure, and server environment at all times. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for as long as your monthly subscription is active.

3.2 Non-Transferable: The website cannot be transferred to another hosting provider, exported, or purchased outright. If you leave our service, the website design remains our intellectual property and will be taken offline.

3.3 Your Content: You retain full ownership of the text, images, and branding assets you provide to us, as well as the domain name (if registered in your name).

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription by giving us 30 days' written notice.

For Pay Monthly Website Plans: If you cancel your website subscription within the initial 12-month term, the remaining balance for the term is due immediately. After the initial 12-month term, you may cancel with 30 days' notice with zero exit fees.

For AI Receptionist Service: Because the AI Receptionist has no 12-month contract tie-in, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice with zero penalties or exit fees.

Upon cancellation of a website package, the license to use the website is revoked, and the site will be permanently taken offline.

5. Liability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of business resulting from downtime.
